A message to our customers about COVID-19

To our valued customers: 


At Mochidoki, your health and safety are our top priorities. With that in mind, we would like to share the steps we're taking in light of the COVID-19 crisis to ensure that you can continue to safely enjoy our mochi ice cream.  


In addition to our existing Department of Health-compliant sanitization and safety practices in both our production facility and brick-and-mortar store, we are: 


  • Regularly disinfecting all surfaces between each use throughout the day, with sanitizing products recommended by the CDC and proven to kill viruses 
  • Continuing to monitor CDC and WHO advisories and adjusting our strategy accordingly to best ensure the safety of team members and our customers
  • Requiring all employees to self-monitor and stay home if they are experiencing even the slightest symptoms
  • Enforcing a strict business travel policy
  • Maintaining a dedicated task force to ensure the health and safety of our team, partners and customers

  • Our business remains open, and we are continuing to ship across the East Coast from our website.


    We will continue to monitor the situation and advisories from public health agencies such as the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO) closely. We are committed to keeping you informed of our status, and, as always, our top priority is maintaining the health, well being, and safety of our customers, communities and the Mochidoki family.
