SHIPPING STATUS - DRY ICE SHORTAGE

Due to dry ice shortages, we can only ship a limited number of orders to the east coast at this time.  We will continue to ship as soon as possible, but to ensure each package has sufficient dry ice, orders may be held up to 7-10 days before shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Fedex is currently experiencing shipping delays in your area.  To ensure that your mochi ice cream arrives in perfect condition, all packages to these will be automatically upgraded to Express Shipping with an additional surcharge of $10.

We offer FLAT-RATE SHIPPING on all mochi & FREE-SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $100 & UP. Our mochi ice cream is shipped VIA FedEX in insulated coolers packed with dry ice to ensure that you get your order in perfect condition.

Giving Mochidoki as a gift? Be sure your gift recipient will be home to receive their package.

Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and then, when your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number.

Our mochi ice cream is shipped in insulated coolers packed with dry ice to ensure you receive your product in the best condition.  

Delivery Date Information:

> We aim to get orders out as soon as possible, but due to delays surrounding COVID your order may not ship for up to 7 days after the order has been placed

> If you need your Mochi to arrive in time for a special event, we highly recommend ordering it in advance as it will remain fresh in your freezer until the event.

> Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify the delivery address, as the carrier requires one business day to process the change, which in turn, delays the package. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are not responsible if the package then arrives melted due to an address change

How we ship our mochi ice cream

Our mochi ice cream is shipped VIA FedEX in insulated coolers packed with dry ice to ensure that you get your order in perfect condition.  We guarantee the mochi will be frozen until the end of the delivery day.  All our packages are marked 'shipper release' meaning they do not require a recipient signature. This ensures that the package arrives at your door and will not be brought back to the facility for attempted re-delivery. PLEASE TRANSFER THE MOCHI ICE CREAM INTO YOUR FREEZER ASAP. 

If for any reason your package is delayed and your product arrives in less than perfect condition, simply contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time with a photo of the the package. Our customer service team will promptly review your order for a replacement on the next available shipping date.

 

RECEIVING YOUR MOCHI ICE CREAM

When your order arrives, it will be frozen and be too cold to eat immediately.  We suggest you transfer the mochi into your freezer and allow 2 hours for it to temper.  If you wish to eat your mochi ice cream sooner, simply place them somewhere room temperature and allow 15-20 minutes and they will be ready to enjoy.
