The lineup at next month’s event features the return of vendors like mochi purveyors Mochidoki,the soft-serve-fish-cone people at Taiyaki NYC, banana pudding shop Baonanas, and “artisanal Twinkies” makers, Jae NYC Eats. Newcomers to the festival include Coolhaus and gourmet cake shop, Silk Cakes.
