Yes, we are currently accepting orders online and our shop at 176 Spring Street is open every day from 12pm-8pm.

At Mochidoki, your health and safety are our top priorities. We are taking every measure possible to ensure that our customers can continue to safely enjoy our mochi ice cream and to protect our team. Mochi is a Japanese-inspired rice dough that is the outer layer of our mochi ice cream. Our mochi is crafted by our chefs from the highest quality of mochiko flour which has been steamed and carefully kneaded until it becomes delightfully chewy and soft. Once it meets our standards for quality and taste, it is wrapped around our gourmet ice cream for an enchanting combination of flavor and texture.

Mochidoki is a word we invented to describe our delicious mochi ice cream ... loosely translated, our name means "Mochi-time!"

Each piece of mochi is approximately 2" in diameter, 1" high and 1.25 ounces, or 34 to 35 grams. Each piece can be eaten in two or three bites.

The minimum order is 1 case containing 384 pieces of mochi ice cream. Our mochi is packaged in trays containing 24 pieces of a single flavor, allowing you to choose up to 16 different flavors per case. You can mix and match a combination of flavors that will be perfect for your customers

If for any reason your package is delayed and your mochi arrives melted or damaged, please e-mail wholesale@mochidoki.com within 24 hours with your order number and attach images of the delivered product. You can also reach us at 212.684.0991. Our customer service team will promptly review your order and contact you to arrange for a replacement shipment or a refund (no need to return the damaged mochi).


We offer nationwide shipping to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii and international orders, please contact us at wholesale@mochidoki.com. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, DPO’s, APO’s and FPO’s at this time.

Our mochi ice cream is packaged in our specially designed insulated case packs with a large quantity of dry ice to keep our product perfectly frozen through the evening of your expected delivery date.

Our frozen mochi is typically in transit for 24-72 hours, depending on the delivery location and pending circumstances outside of our control due to FedEx holiday schedule changes and delays.

Our mochi is packed in recyclable trays containing 24 pieces of a single flavor. These specially designed trays are easily stacked and help protect the shape of your mochi until they are read to be served. Each case contains 16 of these trays totalling 384 pieces.

We offer free shipping to most states. However, due to the perishable nature of our product if you are ordering from XXXXXXX additional charges may be required.

We ship our mochi from our state-of-the-art facility in New Jersey to strategically placed distribution centers across the country. Once you place your order, we'll select the nearest distribution center to you, so your mochi can be delivered as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold or guarantee a specific delivery time/date as it will vary based on zip code and is subject to any delays we or FedEx are experiencing especially around the holidays.

Yes, you will receive a notification by email with your FedEx tracking number when your order ships.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order unless we hear from you immediately after the order has been submitted. Please call (212) 684-0991 to check the status of your order. Due to the perishable nature of our product, once your order is shipped from our facility it cannot be cancelled or rerouted.
